Pop Up Artisan Collective, Holiday Gift Boutique, 45th Anniversary Celebration Concert, Open House

East End Arts is pleased to share the many happenings that will be taking place in the month of DECEMBER.



#SHOPLOCAL at East End Arts’ annual Holiday Gift Boutique, where local vendors sell their unique, artistic, one-of-a-kind, handmade items, perfect for gift-giving during the holiday season. This is held in the EEA Gallery NOW through December 24, 2017, and the extended shopping hours are Wednesday – Saturday 12 PM – 7 PM, Sunday 12 – 5 PM, and it is closed Monday and Tuesday.



In conjunction with the annual Holiday Gift Boutique, the Pop Up Artisan Collective offers additional artisan holiday shopping options in the historic Fresh Pond School House – a recently renovated, charming one room school house located on the grounds of EEA. This is an opportunity to purchase the gorgeous work of local artisans in a more intimate setting, NOW through December 23, Saturdays and Sundays from 12 noon to 5pm. The 45th Anniversary Celebration Concert taking place on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 7 – 9 PM at the Suffolk Theater, located at 118 East Main Street, Riverhead, NY. The public is invited to attend this concert, where we’ll be celebrating the people that have studied, taught, worked, volunteered and belonged to East End Arts – a full rich history of folks that believe in the power of the arts to change lives, create memories, build relationships, improve communities and guide our artists towards amazing opportunities. This concert will showcase performances by faculty, students & families, and memorial tribute presentations. $20 pre-sale tickets are now available for purchase online. OPEN HOUSE, Saturday, December 9, 10 AM to 2 PM

An Open House will be held on Saturday, December 9, 2017, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, during and after the Santa Parade in Downtown Riverhead. At this free event there will be fun for the whole family, including storytelling, an instrument petting zoo, children’s art activities, recording studio, music school and gallery tours, a sing-along, drumming circle, refreshments and more! The public is invited to walk the grounds and visit the East End Arts Gallery, Carriage House, Fresh Pond Schoolhouse and the East End Arts School.  For more information, visit:
