Parrish Art Museum: Annual Fund / ‘Every Picture Tells A Story’ / 2018

BE PART OF OUR STORY

Every picture tells a story, and during this season of giving, we celebrate the many stories that make the Parrish Art Museum  the special place that it is.  Museum partner, Michele Payne, the Director of Programs at the Alzheimer’s Disease Resource Center, shared what the Access Parrish program means to her, as well as program attendees.

“I’ve been trying to sum up what ADRC’s relationship with the Parrish Art Museum means to us. For me, it is watching the wonderful interactions between the staff, families, and the folks with Alzheimer’s Disease/dementia and the special relationships that have been made through this program, as well. But I think the best testimony to the Parrish are some of the responses we have received from the attendees of this program as included below:

“This special time spent with my loved one is priceless. The opportunity to discover different elements of art and my love makes this place and program just priceless. Thank you.”

“Just what we needed. Something for mind & soul. Thank you”

“Wonderful program for both caregiver & spouse- I see him responding more & more.”

Please build upon this story today with a gift to the Parrish at the level that is most meaningful to you. If every one of our 19,000 e-mail subscribers made a donation, the impact on our mission and the people we serve would be transformational.
