These distinguished tintype portraits were hidden from view for decades, nailed to the floorboards of a Sag Harbor cottage as a flooring material until discovered in 1978. Through the painstaking research and restoration efforts of the Eastville Community Historical Society, these distinguished identities have been brought to life. In our Gish Gallery: March 3 – May 23, 2018.

Presented in partnership with the Eastville Community Historical Society, Collective Identity will be on exhibit in our Gish Gallery March 3 – May 23, 2018.
