Historic Dunbar House Tour

Saturday, September 23, 2017
11 a.m.– 2 p.m.
You’re invited to a special event by the Flanders Village Historical Society, originally founded by Gary Cobb in 2008 and brought to life again this past spring by a new group of qualified trustees interested in preserving our historic corridor. For a donation of $5 at the door, you can join us on a tour of the historic Augustus J. Dunbar House (ca. 1895), 916 Flanders Road, which will be hosted by Jo-Ann and Mike McLean. We will also have an exhibit of antique postcards from Eric Woodward’s collection as well as various historic reports about local landmarks for your perusal. Weather permitting, light refreshments will be served on the patio overlooking Reeves Bay.
Please park on adjacent Huntington Lane. To RSVP or for more information, e-mail flandersvillagehistoricalsociety@yahoo.com.
