Written and shot on the North Fork of Long Island, Greenport is inspired by personal chronicles and is a story about a struggling Hollywood filmmaker who is determined to show the world that an autistic kid can do anything. This heartfelt comedy explores a common life conundrum: ambition, family and how to balance it all. Starring Rob Hancock and Dimitri Spiridakis, a teen with Autism, as “Danny”.

Shoot Me Nicely explores the New York City art and fashion world through the eyes of photographer Sean Wheeler. After losing his cushy magazine job, and his superstar status, Sean is forced to take odd jobs to pay the bills and his rent. Recently, his agent Layla, has been working overtime selling Sean’s paparazzi pics as she attempts to get him back into the spotlight of the fashion world.

The North Fork TV Producers Panel is part of an ongoing effort to demystify the production process. Festival goers will hear first person accounts of how one can succeed in a business that often seems to be lacking a center. No two success stories are the same and emerging artists will be informed and energized by the trials and experiences of accomplished writers, producers and showrunners. The casual viewer will enjoy the inside perspective on how compelling stories and memorable characters make it to our televisions, computer screens and smartphones.
